We occasionally receive inquiries from customers reporting that emails from our store are not being delivered properly.
It seems to be noticeable in mobile phone carrier email.
After investigating, we found that this is due to the security system of the email service provider, so it is a situation that is difficult for our shop to resolve.
Please check your spam folder just to be sure.
